Workout Schedule

Hi guys!

So I have been neglecting my workout schedule for some time now, and I can see it on my abs. They are gone haha. I have just been way too busy with school, travel and work. So I have promised myself to start with good diet and regular workout starting TODAY!

Saturday: 10km run, 5:30min/km (average)
Sunday: work (that is good enough workout for 12 hours running up the stairs haha)
Monday: Morning 10km run, afternoon HIIT training at Gymbox
Tuesday: afternoon conditioning at Gymbox
Wednesday: 10km morning run
Thursday: afternoon HIIT training plus Muay Thai for 30 min
Friday: Morning 10km run

This is how my training schedule usually looks like (sometimes I miss out one cardio if I want to sleep in). Let's see if I can keep it up after 3 weeks of doing nothing! haha

I will keep you posted.

Bacio! xx

Barcelona, Day 2

Second day in Barcelona!
Sagrada Familia was stunning. So much meaning to a cathedral, nature symbols everywhere.
We stayed in Sagrada quite long, went for some coffee and then off to Park Gruell! Another amazing place with great view of Barcelona and mesmerizing work of Gaudi. The park is also nice place for some relaxation, we stayed there few hours for sure!
After whole day, it was time for some good food! Went to Barcelonetta, got seafood paella and walked alongside the beach to our hotel. My feet were dead!

Wearing Zara top, Levis high-waist shorts, River Island knit sweather and bag, Nike AirMax90 shoes.

Good morning!
Made this tasty sweet smoothie this morning. Yummy

1 banana
handful of strawberries
4-5 dates
few nuts
few goji berries
1-2 tsps coconut flakes
1 cup coconut milk (or more, depending how thick you want it)
50g of no fat greek yogur

Mix together with a blender and enjoy the sweet taste of the dates, nuts, yogurt and coconut. My favorite smoothie so far!

Barcelona, Day 1 / 14.05.2014

Plaça de Catalunya
Casa Milà
Casa Batlló
Cervecería Catalana
Plaça Reial

How beautiful is Barcelona?! Could not get enough of Gaudi's work, historical buildings, ramblas and tapas!
I arrived with mom on 14th May, my birthday!!! Our plane from London was leaving at around 8 in the morning so we had to wake up very early, slept just 2 hours! I was incredibly tired on the plane but as soon as I got out, all the energy came back. It was such joy to feel the sun, the sea breeze and simply to finally be there!
First day we spent around Placa de Catalunya, took street up towards Gaudi's houses; Casa Batllo and Casa Milla (La Padrera). It was pity that Casa Milla was under reconstruction, so we did not see the house properly :(. However, Casa Batllo amazed me! I kinda knew what to expect but it was much more interesting in real! I love the colors on the house, the balconies in shapes of skulls (anybody sees cat skulls?) and the roof in shape of a lizard. This is my favorite of Gaudi's works, maybe because I see cats on the house haha. But it was just interesting how out of context it was, in between other houses, it seemed to me as if I was in Disneyland and this was an attraction to enter! Like a fairytale, kind of surreal I would say?
After walking all day we decided to finally get some Sangria and Tapas! I am not even gonna talk about the frustration I felt when I did not know what to order. 68 different plates to choose from with menu in Spanish. Yay! But we managed to get quite decent stuff!
Visit Cerveceria Catalna when in Barcelona! It is definitely one of the best tapas bars in the city!
The day we ended up strolling down La Rambla, checked out some shops, walked around Placa Reial, then towards the sea and World Trade Center and finally got to the hotel at around 12:30. What a long day!

Was wearing new bag from River Island, Miss Selfridge biker jacket, A&F men's blue shirt, Bershka ripped pants, Converse. My travel gear :P

Carrot Cake Smoothie

Good Morning!

It is nice Saturday morning here in London, so I decided to make something yummy and healthy for breakfast. I went to the local shop near my place, where they sell fresh fruit and vegetables and, luckily, found everything I need for this tasty sweet and spicy smoothie!

Do you like Carrot Cake? Yes! Want healthy version for great breakfast? Yes! Then try this recipe, you will not regret :)

You need:
1 cup coconut milk (vanilla almond milk)
1 banana
1 carrot (chopped)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground cloves (I used ground All Spice instead)
1 tbsp shredded coconut
Some chopped walnuts
Vanilla protein shake powder (optional- i added it for the vanilla flavor)

Enjoy!
